Function and structure of forklift injector? The function of the forklift injector is to atomize the fuel into fine particles and distribute the fuel reasonably into the combustion chamber according to the shape of the combustion chamber so that it can be mixed with air to form a combustible mixture. Fuel injectors can be divided into two types: closed and closed. Closed injector is divided into two types: hole injector and shaft needle injector. Hole injector is mostly used in the unified combustion chamber. Bearing needle injector is mostly used in the separated combustion chamber.
The hole type injector is composed of three parts, namely the fuel injector, the injector body and the pressure regulating device. The number of orifices is generally 1-8, and the diameter of the orifice is 0.2-0.8mm.
1, structure: the nozzle is composed of needle valve and needle valve body. A conical surface at the lower end of the needle valve and an annular conical surface at the lower end of the valve body act as a seal to cut off or open the high-pressure oil chamber and the combustion chamber passage. The pressure regulating device is composed of a pressure regulating spring lock, a washer, a pressure adjusting screw, a locking nut and a push rod. In order to make each cylinder injector of multi cylinder diesel engine uniform, the same length of high pressure oil pipe should be used.
2, the working process.
A. Fuel injection. When the injection pump begins to supply fuel, the high-pressure diesel oil enters the injector body from the inlet, enters the annular groove of the injector valve body along the oil passage, and then enters the high-pressure oil chamber under the needle valve body through the inclined oil passage. High pressure diesel acts on the cone of the needle valve and produces upward upward force on the needle valve. When this force overcomes the pre-warning force of the pressure regulating spring, the needle valve rises upward, opens the injection hole, and the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber through the injection hole.
B, stop the oil. When the fuel injection pump stops supplying oil (because of the pressure reducing effect of the pressure reducing ring, the outlet valve is set under the action of the spring), the oil pressure in the high pressure oil chamber suddenly drops, the thrust acting on the conical pressure of the injector needle valve drops rapidly, and under the action of the spring force, the needle valve closes the nozzle quickly and stops the injection.
Compared with the hole type injector, the axial needle injector and the shaft needle injector are different from needle valve pairs. Needle valve shape can be side cone or cylindrical, shaft needle extended out of the nozzle hole, thus forming a circular hole, diameter of 1-3 mm. The radial clearance between the needle and the hole wall is 0.02-0.06mm. The injection is hollow cylindrical or spreaded conical to match the shape of the combustion chamber. The axial needle injector is composed of pressure regulating spring, injector body, needle valve body, needle valve, fastening nut, ejector rod, inlet pipe joint, filter element, pressure regulating screw, washer, locking nut and return pipe joint.
